REFUND, CANCELLATION & PROJECT TERMS

Payments & Refunds

All deposits and payments made to Alex & Brie Creative Marketing, LLC are non-refundable once submitted.

Projects may be paid in full or through an approved payment plan. When a payment plan is selected, payments are scheduled as a courtesy to the Client and do not represent payment solely for individual phases or deliverables unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

Design work will not begin until the required initial payment has been received. Final deliverables will not be released until all outstanding project balances have been paid in full.

Cancellation & Postponement

If a Client cancels or postpones a project after work has begun, all payments previously submitted will remain non-refundable. The Client is also responsible for payment for any completed work, approved additional services, or expenses incurred beyond the amount already paid.

If a project is inactive for more than 30 days due to missing Client communication, content, feedback, approvals, or other required materials, Alex & Brie Creative Marketing reserves the right to close the project. Payments previously submitted will remain non-refundable. Restarting an inactive or closed project may require an additional fee and will be subject to current studio availability.

Designs & Revisions

Each project includes the number of concepts and revision rounds specified within the Client's individual project agreement or scope of work.

Additional revision rounds beyond the included scope are billed at a minimum of $250 per round and are non-refundable. Requests involving substantial changes to an approved direction, additional deliverables, new concepts, or work outside the original scope may require a separate quote.

Grant of Rights & Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, the Client receives the usage and ownership rights to the final approved deliverables as specified within the applicable project agreement.

Preliminary concepts, rejected designs, drafts, working files, design methods, and other materials not selected as final deliverables remain the property of Alex & Brie Creative Marketing, LLC and may not be used, reproduced, published, altered, distributed, or posted by the Client without written permission.

Editable or source files are not included unless specifically identified as a project deliverable or purchased separately.

Alex & Brie Creative Marketing retains the right to display completed work within its portfolio, website, social media, case studies, award submissions, and other promotional materials unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

The Client may not falsely represent or intentionally attribute work created by Alex & Brie Creative Marketing to another designer, agency, or creator.

Client-Provided Materials

The Client represents that they have the appropriate rights, licenses, and permissions to use any photographs, copy, logos, fonts, artwork, video, data, code, or other materials provided to Alex & Brie Creative Marketing.

The Client agrees to hold Alex & Brie Creative Marketing harmless from claims arising from materials supplied by the Client without the appropriate permissions or rights.

Third-Party Services & Production

Alex & Brie Creative Marketing may prepare work for use with third-party platforms, printers, applications, software, or service providers. Unless otherwise stated in the project agreement, the Client is responsible for third-party fees, subscriptions, printing costs, shipping, and other external expenses.

Alex & Brie Creative Marketing is not responsible for outages, platform changes, printing variations, manufacturing defects, shipping issues, or other circumstances controlled by third-party providers.

Final Approval

The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving all final deliverables, including copy, spelling, pricing, links, imagery, product information, dimensions, and other project details before publication, launch, printing, or production.

Once final approval has been provided, changes or corrections requested afterward may be considered additional work and subject to additional fees.

Governing Law

These terms and all project agreements with Alex & Brie Creative Marketing, LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute arising from the engagement will be handled in accordance with the dispute-resolution provisions contained within the applicable project agreement.
